Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Simply Jo Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered

Lost or Stolen Packages

Simply Jo Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at SimplyJo.boutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
